Professor Benon C. Basheka, PhD, FCIPS, is an accomplished scholar, consultant, and thought leader with extensive expertise in governance, leadership, and public administration. He is the CEO and Managing Director of Radix Management Consulting and the Founder and Managing Partner of Benon Basheka Associates (BBA), a legal consultancy firm. With a career spanning academia, consulting, and institutional development, Prof. Basheka has distinguished himself as a key figure in shaping strategic initiatives and reforms across multiple sectors.

Prof. Basheka holds dual doctoral degrees—one in Political Science and Public Administration and another in Educational Administration, Leadership, and Management. He is currently pursuing an LLM in International Commercial Law, adding to his extensive qualifications, which include an MA in Social Sector Planning and Management, an MMS in Management Science, and multiple postgraduate diplomas in Legal Practice, Project Management, and Procurement and Supply Chain Management. He also holds an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) and a BA in Political Science and Public Administration.
