Objective
The assignment aimed at strengthening CGC’s institutional fundraising capacity by equipping senior staff with knowledge, skills, and practical strategies for resource mobilization. The review provided insights into the competitive funding environment, emerging donor priorities, and opportunities for diversifying income streams.
Through the customized training, the project sought to enhance the ability of leadership to engage donors, craft compelling funding proposals, and align resource mobilization efforts with the organization’s strategic vision.
