Objective

The assignment involved conducting a situational assessment, reviewing key constitutive documents such as the PACT, and developing essential governance frameworks including the Finance Rules and Regulations, Human Resource Rules and Regulations, and Procurement Rules and Regulations. It also included the development of Job Specifications for all senior positions at ICGLR. The ICGLR comprises 12 member states in the Great Lakes Region, with its headquarters in Burundi.
