Objective

The objective of the assignment is to develop a National Secondary School Construction Strategy for Uganda. The work is coordinated and managed by Empower Consults, with Professor Basheka serving as the Team Leader and Strategy Specialist. It involves conducting a situational analysis, engaging stakeholders across the four regions of the country, undertaking literature synthesis, and formulating a comprehensive strategy for secondary school construction.
