Objective

The assignment involved reviewing the legal and institutional framework of the Uganda National Council for Disabled Persons of Uganda (UNCDPU), assessing its strategic plan, and developing a Council Charter/Terms of Reference for the Council and its committees. It further included developing a risk register for the Council based on the Auditor General’s findings, and conducting training sessions for the Board and Council members.
