The assignment involves reviewing the Union’s Constitution and developing a Leadership and Governance training program for the Board of Trustees, Board of Directors, Senior Management Team, and the technical staff. The outcome of this work identified the need to develop the Union’s Strategic Plan, which is currently ongoing.
