Evaluation of the 2021–2025 Strategic Plan & Development of the New Five-Year Strategic Plan (2026–2030)

Radix supported NANHRI in evaluating the implementation of its 2021–2025 Strategic Plan and guided the formulation of the new 2026–2030 Strategy. The consultancy focused on strengthening NANHRI’s institutional capacity, sustainability, and impact in promoting and protecting human rights across Africa.

Objective: The objective of this consultancy is to provide technical support in structuring and facilitating a strategic planning process that will culminate in the elaboration of NANHRI’s new Strategy (2026–2030). This will ensure that NANHRI remains impactful in promoting and protecting human rights, ensuring sustainability, and strengthening organizational capacities and partnerships.
