Radix Management Consulting at the COMESA Competition Commission Strategic Planning Sessions

Radix Management Consulting was privileged to facilitate the strategic planning sessions for the COMESA Competition Commission (CCC) held at Singelele Resort Beach, Lilongwe, Malawi, from 21–26 July 2025. Led by Prof. Benon Basheka, the engagement focused on evaluating the 2021–2025 plan and shaping the 2026–2030 strategic direction.

The workshop fostered deep discussions on competition policy harmonization, capacity building, and cross-border trade facilitation — reaffirming COMESA’s vision of fair, transparent, and competitive markets across the region.
