Radix Management Consulting (U) Ltd was contracted by the Network of African National Human Rights Institutions (NANHRIs) to conduct a comprehensive review of its 2021–2025 Strategic Plan and to develop a new forward-looking Strategic Plan covering the period 2026–2030. The assignment focused on performance assessment, stakeholder consultations, institutional learning, and strategic repositioning for the next five-year cycle.
On 4th February 2026, Prof. Benon C. Basheka, CEO and Managing Director of Radix Management Consulting, formally presented the newly developed 2026–2030 Strategic Plan at the Social and Economic Council Conference Centre in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The presentation was delivered first to the Board/Steering Committee and later to the General Assembly of NANHRIs.
Scope of the Strategic Review and Development Process
The engagement combined independent evaluation and forward strategy design. Radix applied a rigorous, evidence-based methodology grounded in document review, performance analysis, stakeholder interviews, regional consultations, and validation workshops.
